Anita I. Porbeni, MD, MSPH, PMP, CFRE.
Dr. Porbeni obtained her medical degree from the University of Port Harcourt, in Nigeria, and her Master of Science in Public Health degree from St. Georges University in Grenada. She is a
Certified Fund Raising Executive and a Project Management Professional. She brings to her role over 20 years of experience in primary care, teaching, designing, implementing, managing, and completing local and international donor-funded Health IT, Public Health, and Development projects.

 Vice-President/Executive Director of the CARDEY Association. Consultant in social and human development, equipped with skills in leadership, training, and communication. Trained in sociology and human resources management at the University of Togo. Experience with non-profit associations and state agencies working as supervisor, facilitator, and project manager. 

Hugo P. Simão is a Permanent Deacon in the Roman Catholic Diocese of Metuchen, NJ, serving
at Queenship of Mary Church, in Plainsboro. He is also a retired research engineer who worked
for 30 years at Princeton University, doing research in transportation planning and optimization
under uncertainty. He is originally from Brazil, having immigrated to the United States in 1990.
“Deacon Hugo” as he is affectionately known, has been working with Esther Byll and Unseal the Truth for a number of years.
